Membership

The Baldwin Manor Association includes the following streets:

  • Norwin

  • Baldwin Manor

  • Baptist (both sides between Doverdell and Provost)

  • Brownsville (Norwin side between Baptist and Curry)

  • Rolling Hills

  • Doverdell (from Baptist to Rolling Hills)

  • Plymouth

  • Old Boston

  • West Lawnview

  • West Barlind

  • West Brightview

  • Reiland

Membership is open to any resident residing on any of the streets listed above. Membership is free, however if any household makes a monetary donation in a given year, then the adult members in that home will have voting rights at the annual meeting in the same year.
